Rusty Pickle Amazing Race - Leg 4

Rusty Pickle gave us the clue and it led us to
Crop Addict!! Great message board, very friendly there, check it out ;) And our assignment was to use our layered/staggered mini album and the Chocolate Covered Cherries line. I decided to go all sepia on this one and to use big photos and who better to feature but my youngest Rachel...who turns 22 on Friday. She and her significant other work hard and play hard, they take lots of great vacations on top of working full time and in her case going to school also. I grab pics from her all the time, so I had a great selection, which include, Mexico, Hawaii, Aruba, Tahoe, June Lake, Big Bear, Vegas and Catalina Island...they always take great pics of the two of them together, so I figured perfect!! I love how it came out and I know she will LOVe it!
So here it is:

Rusty Pickle Amazing Race - Leg 3

OUr assignment this time was to do a 2 page layout, that was interactive, with the pop star line. I have now done 3 2 page layouts in less than a month ****GASP****!! The clue led us to Memories in the Attic who is hosting this leg of the race. Pop star is a black and white line with doodles, that you can either color in or, as I chose leave black and white and add a touch of one color. Love to do that with black and white!!! I did however end up using my watercolor pencils for a touch of blue here and there! Anyway...here is my Rusty Pickle Amazing Race entry for the 3rd leg:

Rusty Pickle Leg #2 of the Amazing Race

The clue brought us to Tally Scrapper and I figured that out immediately....I have hung out there before ;). So the challenge was to create an 8 in mini album with the Mayflower line with the topic of 'Why I want to be a Rusty Pickle Chef'. I chose to go with 10 reasons why...and true to myself I went with a funny angle...hope it works!!! This is honestly one of the biggest projects I have ever completed, and I am thrilled with the result!! It is posted over at Tally Scrappers HERE if you want to see all the comments and stuff, otherwise here it is:

I am having so much fun with the Treasured Scrapbooking kits this month! I kept them seperate for a while but eventually I began to mix...and I love the results!!! I so used to be a rub on loser, but I am embracing them, and these kits do not disappoint in the rub on department!!
Today was reveal day for the design team...hop on over and check out the great creations, here!
and these are my creations:

This was just a freebie little frame I got for buying 3 Hallmark cards...I discovered that it wasnt 4 x 6 or 5 x 7, but you know what...it didnt matter, I just did a layout in the odd size that it was....and I but the rub on right on the glass!
