I had a Party with Helmar and Treasured Scrapbooking!!!

What a beautiful combination Helmar adhesives and Treasured Scrapbooking make!!! I have been working with the April kit for Treasured Scrapbooking and using several of the Helmar adhesives, Liquid Scrap Dots, Textured Effects, Zap Dots, Gemstone glue, and 450. I have to say that the right adhesives make alot more possible when scrapping, especially when it comes to dimension and texture, and Helmar doesnt disappoint.

With my first layout from the April TS kit I used rub ons that came with the kit add on, loved the contrast between the brown and turquoise but didnt like the flatness of them so I took a pom pom and applied Textured Effects with a pouncing action so I got raised little peaks and let it dry like that. Since I didnt mix in any paint or color I got clear peaks when it dryed and then I just added a touch of glitter to the tips, I have to say it came out really awesome!!

Here is a little close up of the detail on the rubons:

I used the liquid scrap dots here:

My next layout is for my challenge for the month. For this layout I used items from the main April kit and items from the April Add on kit. My challenge this month is to create a layout and use a single letter or number as its title. I used Zap Dots, Liquid Scrap Dots, 450 and Gemstone Glue on this layout:

You can check out this challenge HERE along with a bunch more great challenges presented by our super talented Design Team and Treasured Member of the month.

The April kit, Regal Romp-, is in the TS store today, dont let it get away....last months kit sold out :)

and the add on for April is super fun this month, Haute Royale:
